Who we are

What we collect
- Newsletter email address. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. It is used only to send you the newsletter and related site updates. Subscriptions are processed by an email service provider (ESP) acting on our behalf; the address is stored with that provider, not on this site's servers.
- Analytics data. We may use analytics cookies and similar technologies (such as Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. This data is used to improve the site, not to identify you personally.
- Email you send us. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request.
We do not collect payment information, account credentials, or sensitive personal data.

Data retention and security
Newsletter addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained per the analytics provider's standard retention settings. We use reputable, access-controlled service providers and do not store personal data on this site's own infrastructure.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy — for example, when the newsletter ESP or analytics tooling is finalized — we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted in the newsletter where practical.
